We’ll kick things off with a relaxed, no-pressure conversation. We’ll talk about your goals, your history, your schedule, and what kind of support you’re actually looking for.

If it’s a good fit, we’ll decide together which coaching option makes the most sense.

2️⃣ Personalized Plan Creation

Once you’re on board, I’ll build a customized plan designed specifically for you. 

That may include:

  • Running workouts and long-term progression

  • Yoga for mobility, strength, or recovery

  • Injury-aware modifications

  • Realistic expectations based on your life, not an ideal schedule

3️⃣ Ongoing Support & Adjustments

Life happens and your training should be able to flex with it. (Trust me -- we've all been through it!)

You’ll receive ongoing guidance and check-ins, with adjustments made as needed based on:

  • Fatigue or soreness

  • Schedule changes

  • Stress, sleep, or recovery needs

  • How your body is responding over time

4️⃣ Move Forward with Confidence

The goal isn’t perfection. It’s consistency, confidence, and sustainability. You’ll always know why you’re doing what you’re doing, and you’ll never be pushed past what feels healthy or supportive.

Do I need to be an experienced runner or yogi?

Not at all. You’re welcome exactly as you are.

How long are coaching commitments?

Most clients work with me on a monthly basis, with discounted options available for longer-term commitments. We’ll choose what feels right for you.

What if I need to pause or adjust my plan?

Life happens — vacations, busy seasons, injuries, or burnout are all normal. Plans can be adjusted, paused, or modified as needed with open communication.

How often do we communicate?

You’ll have ongoing support between check-ins via email or messaging. I aim to be responsive, supportive, and realistic — not overwhelming.

Can I switch packages later?

Yes. As your goals evolve, your coaching can evolve too. Many clients start in one place and shift over time.

How does pricing work?

Coaching is offered as monthly packages, with pricing varying based on the level of support and services included.
