The Miles & Mantras story...
Hi, I’m Lauren, and my journey wasn’t always about running. In fact, I grew up the opposite of athletic. Everything changed a year after my daughter was born when running became my challenge, a way to find strength, and carve out space for myself.
To date, I have completed 7 full marathons, 12 half marathons, and countless shorter distances, although my favorite of all these is 10 milers!
Yoga has been part of my life since 2008, and once I began running, I recognized just how powerful the combination of movement and mindfulness can be. With Miles & Mantras, I bring those worlds together—running and yoga, effort and ease, miles and mantras—to help others discover what they’re capable of while staying grounded, healthy, and present in the process.
What makes Miles & Mantras different?
Miles & Mantras stands out by helping runners of all levels find balance, avoid injury, and discover joy in the miles.
